Linux "buscar" devuelve todos los archivos

Hace unos días estaba leyendo sobre la herramienta de find de Linux y, en base a eso, emití el siguiente comando para ver si tengo el archivo Python.h :

 find . 'Python.h'

El problema es que se devuelven todos los archivos en el directorio y subdirectorios actuales. ¿No debería conseguir lo que estoy buscando?

Omitiste el especificador de parámetro -name :

 find ./ -name 'Python.h'

find se repetirá a través de todos los directorios en el directorio actual. Si solo desea ver si tiene un archivo en el directorio actual, use ls :

 ls Python.h

Use el interruptor de nombre:

 find . -name 'Python.h'

De lo contrario, toma el nombre como ubicación para mirar.
